Daffodil Day
Daffodil Day
Each Spring the bright yellow daffodil is one of the first flowers to emerge, representing renewal and hope.
Please join us in showing people with cancer that they are not alone on their journey. Join the fight by wearing a bright yellow daffodil and give courageously every April.
The Canadian Cancer Society in BC and the Yukon announced the
1st Annual Daffodil Day: Friday, April 9th, 2010.
Daffofil Day is time for everyone in BC and the Yukon to join together and wear a daffodil for loved ones with cancer and in memory of those who have been lost to these devastating diseases. And wear the pin proudly to remind everyone of the importance of cancer research, support programs and cancer prevention initiatives funded by the Canadian Cancer Society.
